Lisa McNett … Lisa’s background was 17 years in the
manufacturing industry where she was a production supervisor for the past few
years before joining us. At Divotmasters she wears many hats heading up the
Customer Service, Purchasing, Accounting and Shipping & Receiving
departments. Lisa has been playing golf for 3 years and has become an avid
golfer.
Matt McNett… Matt’s background includes over 8 years in
web development and specializing the last 3 years in e-commerce
developement and design. He also works full time as the network
administrator for a leading automotive supplier.
Rich McNett …Rich’s background is in manufacturing as a
frontline supervisor and general foreman for 18 years. He also has experience
in accounting (2 years), human resources (4 years), and safety (8 years). Rich
has been a custom clubmaker for 16 years and has been accredited by the Golf
Clubmakers Association (GCA) and is a Class A Certified Clubmaker with the
Professional Clubmakers Society (PCS). He was also recognized by the GCA as the
Golf Clubmaker of the Year for the sixteen states in the Northern Region (USA)
for 2003-2004 and the Clubmaker of the Year for the State of Wisconsin for
2004-2005.
Rich has been an avid golfer for 34 years with 17 club championships and 5
SWANI Division wins. The past few years he has enjoyed helping other golfers
reach their potential through custom clubmaking. He hopes that he can give back
to the game of golf just a little of the joy that he has gotten from it.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
Divotmasters Golf is dedicated to a policy of “The Customer Comes First”. Every
aspect of our company will be designed with this in mind. Our website, choice
of components, custom fitting aids, and customer service will be dedicated to
this premise.

Our website has been designed with ease of customer use in mind. From selecting
components, using our step-by-step fitting system, to completing your order you
will find that our site is one of the best on the net for customer approval.
COMPONENTS
Heads
We only use the finest, high quality club heads. Playability, tolerances, and
aesthetics must meet our high standards or they will not be offered on our
site.
Playability…the technologies and designs of today have been built in to every
head that we offer.
Tolerances…only companies with exacting standards for weight, loft, lie and
materials are represented on our site. Companies like Snake Eyes, Golfsmith,
Tom Wishon, Killer Bee, Dynacraft, Golf Works and Hireko.
Aesthetics…golf clubs need to look as good as they play. The pictures on our
site won’t do any of our clubs justice. When our customers open a package from
us we want them to be just as proud of the look of their set as they are of the
lower scores they post later.
Shafts
If the shaft is the engine behind the golf club you’ve come to the right place.
We have more shaft options available than any other website. If you’re looking
for a specific shaft chances are you can choose it with us. In the rare case
that you don’t find the one you’re looking for contact us and we will do our
best to find it for you. We carry shafts from the best manufacturers in the
industry including Fujikura, True Temper, Grafalloy, Penley, Harrison, UST,
Harmon, Aerotech, and Graphite Design. We also carry matching shafts for many
of our clubs.
Grips
Once again our selection is second to none. High quality grips from Golf Pride,
Winn, and Lamkin. We also carry matching grips for many of our clubs.
